Technology's rapid increase in pace has adversely affected the human nervous system. The average individual is distracted every 3-5 minutes and spends the majority of their waking hours juggling multiple tasks.
The human nervous system is a sensing, knowing complex organism that processes up to 11 billion bits of information every second.
Consciously, we are only capable of processing 8-12 information at a time, so to achieve more alertness and presence, we must first access our inner resources and innate evolutionary wisdom to truly become more human.
When we access this state, whether conscious or unconscious, we become completely immersed into the present moment, our awareness and actions merge, the need for self validation and evaluation disappears, time speeds up whilst performance significantly increases.

Ollie's journey to becoming more human began five years ago when his professional rugby career came to an end. Years of static weight training took a toll on his body and mind. He recognised he was restricted in many ways, which became clear when he dug deeper into the methodology behind how the body can experience complete freedom.
Growing up, he was involved in contemporary dance schools and breakdancing groups. Reflecting on those times made him want to rediscover how it felt to move freely and experience less pain.
Working in a physio practice full-time helped deepen his understanding of human movement potential and rehabilitation. Drawing from different methods of movement training to improve people's health and well-being.
He recognised breath control as the pillar and foundation of every living organism on the planet. Understanding and controlling breathing mechanics for both physical and mental state is paramount for longevity. Movement starts with the breath, breathing correctly. Breath control and awareness are the starting point of becoming more human.
Becoming more human requires discipline both from the body and mind.
