Breathe with... Bruce Cryer
The 'Renaissance Man', Founding member & former CEO of HeartMath Institute, Biohacking Pioneer and Creative Catalyst

What to expect...
We dived deep into the history of HeartMath as an organisation, the importance of its research (which, is some of the most comprehensive in the world when it comes to Heart Coherence, stress and resilience) how Bruce came to be a part of that team and accidentally a pioneer in the world of bio-hacking and performance.
Bruce shared direct experiences of the power of this work (which he still uses to this day) and we learned how it can boost creativity, flow and performance from the boardroom to the classroom to the sports field and more.
Importantly, we discovered
- Bruce's advice and guidance for sharing this kind of work with organisations and their leaders (an essential skill for any breathwork professional or coach... here's a clue - Science!).
- Insights on how you can effortlessly tap into creativity and flow (meaning you'll no longer be sitting waiting for inspiration to strike, you'll be able to access it on demand).
- The important difference between the state of relaxation and that of coherence, and why creating Coherent states is crucial for success
- Real-life experience of what it means to live from the heart fully
- Why finding time for yourself is important, and how rediscovering your innate creativity can transform your experience of life
- And so much more!
